Villa

A luxury residential building usually located near seashores or forests. The villa consists of one or two floors or more and is known for its distinctive exterior facades, which are often marble, in addition to the quality of construction, interior cladding, open spaces, and large halls. Multi-storey villas are usually provided with balconies and terraces for natural views of the ocean.
