The Vıra Istanbul project in Beylikduzu, Istanbul, is divided into two parts and the buildings are distributed in equal spaces
Beylikduzu is located in the European section of Istanbul from the west within the suburbs of Istanbul. It extends along the most beautiful coastlines in the city and includes the second largest marina on the shores of the Marmara Sea.
Beylikdüzü is full of green spaces such as Yasam Valley, which extends over an area of one million square meters and includes many trees and plants, in addition to social facilities such as playgrounds, gyms, and government buildings for transactions.
According to government sources, a new project for the Istanbul metro line in the coming years called “Yakuplu – Sabiha Airport” to connect Beylikduzu with the Asian airport of Istanbul, in addition to the arrival of the IDO sea bus to the shores of the Marmara Sea, which facilitates movement between the region and the city centers in addition to the states of Yalova and Bursa.
