3- Condominium Ownership Law KMK-30:

The decisions made at the owners’ meeting in the previous law are made in the presence of the majority of owners, and decisions are issued through voting.


4-Condominium Ownership Law KMK-31:

  • Decisions taken at the meeting are binding for all owners, whether they attended the meeting or not.
