The Turkish Statistical Authority released its report on real estate sales, including sales to foreigners in December 2023.
Turkish real estate sales for December 2023:
According to the report of the Turkish Statistical Authority on its official websites, Turkey sold during last December:
- 138 thousand and 577 properties among all Turkish civilians.
- 23 thousand and 714 properties in Istanbul, at a rate of 17.1%.
- 11 thousand and 458 properties in Aqar, a rate of 8.3%.
- 7166 properties in Izmir, with a share of 5.2%
Total Turkish Real Estate Sales 2023:
The Authority’s report on the registration of all Turkish regions and cities for the following sales:
- One million and 225 thousand and real estate in Türkiye.
- 198,739 properties in Istanbul, representing 16.2% of total sales.
- 114 thousand and 432 registered properties, a rate of 9.3%.
- 65 thousand and 456 properties in Izmir, at a rate of 5.3%
Turkish real estate sales to foreigners in December 2023:
- This contributes to 2.64 properties in the total Turkish cities during the current month
5% of total real estate sales in Türkiye. - Istanbul quickly ranked first in real estate sales to foreigners in December, with 796 properties.
- Antalya was followed by 609 properties.
- Mersin III 230 properties
Total Turkish real estate sales to foreigners in 2023:
The Turkish Statistics Authority stated that the increase:
- They bought 35 thousand and 5 properties in different regions and cities of Türkiye
- Antalya confirms first place among numerous purchases in the year 2023 to 12 thousand and 702 properties
- Istanbul Nikola, with 11,229 properties
- Mersin is in third place by selling 3,016 properties to foreigner
