1-Obtaining the report from licensed companies:

Investors can request a real estate appraisal report from independent companies licensed by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK).

2- Obtaining the report from a committee appointed by the Land Registry:

  • The second method is to request a real estate appraisal report from a specialized committee appointed by the Turkish Land Registry and Cadastre Directorate.

Validity of the real estate appraisal report in Turkey:

The real estate appraisal report is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, and if the property is sold within this period, the same report can be used more than once.
